Our focus, from first conversation to final install, is practical, purposeful, and striking design. It starts with you: how you live or work in the space, and the inspiration you have already gathered. We meet to understand your vision and review the images and ideas you bring. When the project calls for it, we involve your architect and other consultants before we finalize scope, timeline, budget, and the work agreement.
DESIGN IT
The creative process begins by turning the concept into a defined design, using mood boards and floor plans. We produce CAD drawings in-house—floor plans, interior elevations, and details the build team can actually use. With your aesthetic and functional preferences at the forefront, we create and present options: furniture layout, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and custom furnishings specified for the room. We consult with architects, contractors, and tradesmen to develop a plan for completing the project.

BUILD IT
Once design plans are finalized and approved, we prepare product proposals for furnishings and finishes, then procure what has been specified. Throughout the build, we work in tandem with the contractor, artisans, craftsmen, and vendors to track progress. A material selection schedule maps which products go where so the build team has a clear guide. Interior elevations and CAD drawings are issued and refined as the project moves forward. We send status updates throughout the build so you always know where the project stands.
LIVE IT
Our reputation has been built on a 23-year commitment to high-level service and to striking design that reflects our clients’ preferences. When installations are complete, our finishing team places custom furnishings, art, and accessories to layer warmth and texture—the last details that complete the space. We see design as a place for family, friends, and community to gather. Our greatest satisfaction is the stories and pictures of clients living in their new rooms.
