about

Bellissimo DEcor creates distinctive spaces for homes and businesses—as individual as the people who use them.

Bellissimo Decor was founded in 2003 by Danville, CA native Kristen Phillips. Based in Danville, with projects throughout California, she is known for translating a client’s taste and how they actually use a space into design for homes and businesses—imaginative, elegant, and built to be lived in for years. Her work has been featured in LUXE Interiors + Design and Sunset, and recognized by Houzz and local design awards.

“A design should frame and inspire the life and personality of the people who live and work in the space. Family dynamics, personal preferences, business branding, and collected treasures all shape each piece and the overall layout. It is less about trends and more about who you are—and how that is reflected in your surroundings—that drives the work. To do this well, the design, build, and final execution must be well managed, the clients’ needs and dreams carefully considered, and the budget respected.”  - Kristen Phillips
