Our primary focus, from start to finish, is to create practical, purposeful, and striking design solutions. It all starts with imagination and inspiration grounded in an understanding of you and your functional requirements for the space. We take the time to meet with you to understand your dreams and vision for your project and review any design inspirations you’ve collected along the way. If appropriate, we will involve your architect and other consultants before finalizing the overall project scope, timeline, budget, and work agreement.
DESIGN IT
The creative process begins by refining the conceptual idea into a fixed design with the use of mood boards and interior floor space plans. With your aesthetic and functional preferences at the forefront of our mind we then create and present options, which include furniture layout, selections of finishes, fixtures, lighting, and furnishings. We consult with architects, contractors, and tradesmen to develop a plan for project completion.

BUILD IT
As design plans are finalized and approved, we prepare product proposals for your approval and procurement. Throughout the build phase, we work in tandem with the contractor, our artisans, craftsmen, and vendors, to track the progress of your project. A material selection schedule is prepared as a map communicating to the build team what and where certain materials will be used. Interior elevations and necessary design drawings are provided and refined throughout this build phase. Status of your project is provided on a bi-weekly basis to maintain transparent communication.
LIVE IT

When installations are complete, our finishing team brings in art & accessories to layer warmth & texture, putting the finishing touches to complete your design.
